辅导员“回归主业,聚焦主责”实现途径 被引量:2

摘要 辅导员具有教师和管理人员双重身份,高等学校应当落实专职辅导员职务职级"双线"晋升要求,推动辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设。目前,辅导员队伍建设受制度设计等客观因素和辅导员职业追求等主观因素的共同制约,影响了辅导员对主责主业的认真履行,降低了辅导员的大学生思想政治教育工作质量。通过调查分析学生对辅导员的期待和辅导员履职现状,并梳理相关制度,查找与分析深层原因。研究发现,提高辅导员履职质量需做到明确主要工作职责、准确定位职业追求、构建辅导员工作保障制度体系。 Counselors have the dual status of teachers and managers.Colleges and universities should implement the "double line" promotion requirements of full-time counselors,and promote the professional construction of counselors.At present,the construction of counselor team is restricted by objective factors such as system design and subjective factors such as counselors’ career pursuit,which have affected counselors’ conscientious performance of their main responsibilities and reduced the quality of college students’ ideological and political education.Through the investigation and analysis of students’ expectations of counselors,counselors’ performance status and related regulations,this paper thinks that we need to make clear the main responsibilities,accurately position the career pursuit,and build a counselor work security system in order to improve the quality of counselors’ performance.
