混合式教学在中医药院校食品专业中的改革和实践

摘要 混合式教学是课堂教学与线上教学相结合的一种教学模式,而目前部分高校混合式教学仍属于多媒体教学。混合式教学必须进行多方面、多层次因地制宜的改革,才能适应国内高校的教学环境及管理制度,取得预期的授课效果;完善与混合式教学相匹配的真实评价系统,丰富与混合式教学相融合的思想政治教学内容,提升与混合式教学相适应的师生教学理念是混合式教学改革和实践的着力点。南京中医药大学食品质量与安全中外合作办学专业全面发展和完善混合式教学,学校新建设的多媒体教室及网络教学综合平台,为混合式教学提供了核心的硬件技术支持;专业课教师不断完善的真实评价系统及课程思政内容为混合式教学提供了内在驱动力。 Mixed learning is a learning mode that combines classroom learning with online learning.The mixed learning in some colleges and universities currently may still be classified as web facilitated learning.The reform of mixed learning should be conducted in many ways and at different levels to adapt to local learning environment and management strategies of colleges and universities,with the aim of achieving expected learning effect.Improving the authentic assessment system,establishing the ideological and political education,and promoting the learning concepts of teachers and students that match mixed learning are essential prospects to reform and apply mixed learning in colleges and universities.Mixed learning is successfully performed in the major of food quality and safety in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Newly built multimedia classroom and web-based learning platform have provided the essential technical support for mixed learning,and the improvement of authentic assessment system and ideological and political education have provided the inherent driving force for mixed learning.
