高职扩招背景下人才培养模式的探索与实践——以广东职业技术学院电子商务专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Mode under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion:Taking E-commerce Major of Guangdong Polytechnic as an Example

高职扩招是高职教育围绕《职教二十条》高质量发展推行的一项重要举措,高职扩招人才培养模式的探索是一项迫在眉睫的重要课题。以广东职业技术学院电子商务专业为研究对象,在设计调查问卷进行学情分析的基础上,重点针对高职扩招后人才培养的主体是谁、怎么教、怎么管、谁来教、谁来管、教什么、管什么、怎么就业等一系列核心问题进行探究,构建和实践了质量型高职扩招需求下的"协同联动、双线并行"电子商务专业人才培养模式,并取得了阶段性成效。

Higher vocational enrollment expansion is an important measure of higher vocational education around the high-quality development of Vocational Education 20,and the exploration of talent training mode of higher vocational enrollment expansion is an urgent and important topic.Taking the e-commerce major of Guangdong Polytechnic as the research object,this paper focuses on a series of core issues,namely,who is the main body of talent cultivation,who will teach,who will manage,what to teach,how to teach,how to manage,what to manage,and how to get employed after the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges.In addition,this paper constructs and practices the e-commerce talent training mode of "collaborative linkage,two-line parallel"under the demand of quality-oriented higher vocational enrollment expansion,and now phased results have been achieved.
