摘要
旅游管理是综合性、应用性很强的一门学科,在实践教学方面具有很多优势条件。依据OBE教育理念,分析主流招聘网站大数据并调研样本企业,确定基于未来的目标岗位,建立初步的胜任力模型;通过调研校友、标杆院校进一步验证胜任力模型并形成人才培养目标。根据人才培养目标,设计了入门、提升、综合三个层次,包含课程实践、专业实践、社会实践三种类型的立体式实践教学体系,以期实现旅游管理专业人才培养目标,为区域经济发展提供高质量人才。
Tourism management is comprehensive and practical,which has many advantages in practical teaching.According to the OBE education concept,this paper analyzes the recruitment website big data and investigates enterprises to establish competency model.Through the investigation of alumni and benchmarking colleges,the competency model is further verified and the talent training objectives are formed.According to the talent training objectives,a three-dimensional practical teaching system with three levels of introduction,promotion and integration,including curriculum practice,professional practice and social practice,is designed in order to achieve the talent training objectives of tourism management and provide high-quality talents for regional economic development.
