Ideological and Political Education of Professional Degree Clinical Postgraduates in the New Media Era:Realistic Challenge and Path Choice

临床专硕研究生由于身兼专业型硕士研究生和临床规培生两种身份,其思想政治教育的难度和复杂性明显高于普通的医学研究生,随着新媒体时代的到来,临床专硕研究生的思想政治教育无疑将面临诸多的现实挑战。提出一些新的路径选择:思想政治教育理念的转变、思想政治教育平台的多维度搭建、主客体媒介思想政治教育素养的加快提升、思想政治教育新媒体监督力度的不断增强等,以提高临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量,促进我国医药卫生事业的发展。

The difficulty and complexity of ideological and political education of professional degree clinical postgraduates are higher than that of ordinary medical postgraduates because they are both professional degree postgraduates and planning clinical postgraduates.With the advent of the new media era,the ideological and political education of professional degree clinical postgraduates will undoubtedly face many practical challenges.This paper puts forward some new path choices,such as the transformation of the concept of ideological and political education,the multi-dimensional construction of the ideological and political education platform,the acceleration of the improvement of the ideological and political education competency of the subject and object media,and the continuous enhancement of the new media supervision of ideological and political education,so as to improve the quality of professional degree clinical postgraduate training and promote the development of medical and healthy undertakings in China.
