Textual Research and Development of Modern Market of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)

目的:针对三七进行本草源流考证,结合现代药食标准,分析三七市场发展存在的问题,为其行业的可持续发展提供相应对策。方法:查阅历代本草书籍、现代专著和文献等资料,对资料中记载的三七品种、产地、采收加工、质量评价进行梳理,收集三七的药用标准、食用标准,分析三七在药食两用市场开发利用中遇到的问题,并提出合理性建议。结果:正品三七是五加科植物三七Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen的干燥根及根茎;云南现为中国三七的主产地。三七是在7—8月开花前挖掘其根(春七)或在冬季采实后挖根(冬七),除去细小须根,暴干。三七以个大、皮细,质坚体重、断面棕黑色无裂隙者为佳,个小、体轻者质次。三七药食两用资源现行标准严格,但市场发展存在不规范的现象。结论:该研究为三七的正本清源、资源开发等提供了依据,针对三七药食两用市场所存在的问题,应严控质量标准,落实法律监管。

Objective:This research analyzes the problems in the market development of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)according to the research of historical literature and the modern standards of medicine and food,so as to provide the corresponding countermeasures for the sustainable development of its industry.Methods:Through consulting ancient Chinese herbals and medical books,as well as modern literature,this paper makes a textual research on the varieties,producing areas,collecting and processing,and quality evaluation of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng),and collects the medicinal and edible standards of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng).The problems in the market of the development and utilization of medicinal and edible Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)are analayed,and some reasonable suggestions are given.Results:The authentic product is Panax Notoginseng(Panax Notoginseng K.)F.H.Chen,and Yunnan is the main producing area.People dig the roots before flowering[Chunqi(春七)]or in the winter after harvest[Dongqi(冬七)]from july to august,removing the small fibrous roots.The one which is large,with thin skin,hard body weight,brown-black cross-section without cracks is for the best.The small and light-weight one is not good.The current standards of medicinal and edible Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng)are strict,but there is an irregularity in the market development.Conclusion:This research provides reference for the resource development of Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng).In view of the existing problems in the market of medicinal and edible Sanqi(Panax Notoginseng),the strategy of sustainable development is put forward.
