王肯堂辨治虚劳、骨蒸特色分析

Analysis on the Characteristics of WANG Ken-tang’s Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Deficiency and Bone Steam

从病因病机、处方用药特点等方面对《证治准绳》中有关虚劳、骨蒸等章节进行研读分析,归纳总结王肯堂辨治虚劳、骨蒸的特色。王肯堂认为虚劳、骨蒸可由外感、内伤、情志等因素所致,而骨蒸则多因热病之后,调摄失宜、过量饮酒、食牛肉、纵欲等导致。治宜滋养温补,缓培其元,并应准确把握补益之时机。治疗颇具特色,如:活血化瘀,缓中补虚;审证求因,扶正固本;脏腑辨证,详辨虚实;证型错杂,先后治之;调和阴阳,喜用鲜汁;剂型各异,独具匠心;辨治精当,妙治劳热。针对虚劳干血常予大黄蛰虫丸;针对肝、心、脾、肺、肾等脏之劳,分予续断汤、酸枣仁汤、生嘉禾散、温肺汤、地黄丸等;并善治劳热,常予青蒿煎丸、琼玉膏等。并对其转归进行了判断,详细言明善恶之候。

Through literature search,from the etiology and pathogenesis,the characteristics of prescription medication,etc.,the chapters of Standards of Diagnosis and Treatment related to fatigue and bone steaming were studied and analyzed,and the characteristics of WANG Ken-tang’s syndrome differentiation and treatment and bone steaming were summarized.WANG Ken-tang believes that fatigue and bone steaming can be caused by factors such as external feelings,internal injuries,and emotions,while bone steaming is mostly caused by poor intake,excessive drinking,eating beef,and indulgence after fever.It is advisable to nourish warming and tonifying,slow down the cultivation of its essence,and accurately grasp the opportunity of tonifying.The treatment is quite distinctive,such as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving the middle and replenishing the deficiency,seeking the cause of the syndrome,strengthening the body,strengthening the body and strengthening the internal organs,distinguishing the deficiency and excess,and the complicated syndrome types,treating them successively,reconciling Yin and Yang,preferring to use fresh juices,different dosage forms,and unique ingenuity,diagnosis and treatment of precision and proper treatment,wonderful treatment of fatigue and heat.Dahuang Zhechong Pills(大黄蛰虫丸)are often given to dry blood for asthenia.For the labor of liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney,they are divided into Xuduan Decoction(续断汤),Suanzaoren Decoction(酸枣仁汤),Shengjiahe San(生嘉禾散),Wenfei Decoction(温肺汤),Dihuang Pills(地黄丸),etc.It is also good at treating fatigue,and often gives Qinghao Jianwan(青蒿煎丸),Qiongyu Ointment(琼玉膏)and so on.He also makes a judgment on his fate and explains the good and evil in detail.
