新时代生态文明关系层次的廓清与体认--基于生态马克思主义的视角

The Definition and Recognition of the Relationship Level of Ecological Civilization in the New Era-Based on the Perspective of Ecological Marxism

新时代生态文明建设面临多元背景:国内经济下行压力催生正负的“双效”性,国外逆全球化趋势蔓延与国际层面的空间挤压,国内区域生态发展不均衡矛盾以及生态势能的全方位集聚。在此基础上,生产与资本、消费与刺激消费以及控制自然还是顺从自然构筑了三大关系层次。分析研究生态马克思主义对于三大关系的论述与逻辑线索,可以得出生产与资本不可偏颇侧重,消费与刺激消费之间要构造张力,控制自然本质上内含顺从自然。此外,生态文明本身的内在价值也至关重要,“非物质化”与审美化二者共同彰显了自然的美与价值。生态文明建设的生命力在于中国化体认,因此要将以人民为中心的理念贯穿其中,在实践的王国中推动生态文明建设迈向新的高度。

The construction of ecological civilization in the new era is facing multiple backgrounds,including the positive and negative“double effects”spawned by the downward pressure on the domestic economy,the spread of the trend of foreign anti-globalization and the international space squeeze,the unbalanced domestic regional ecological development and the all-round gathering of ecological potential energy.On this basis,production and capital,consumption and stimulating consumption,and controlling nature or obeying nature have constructed three levels of relationships.The analysis of the ecological Marxism's discussion and logical clues of the three major relationships can draw the conclusions that production and capital must not be biased,that there must be tension between consumption and stimulating consumption,and that control of nature inherently implies obedience to nature.In addition,the intrinsic value of ecological civilization itself is also crucial.“Dematerialization”and aestheticization jointly highlight the beauty and value of nature.The vitality of ecological civilization construction lies in the recognition of Sinicization.Therefore,the people-centered concept should be carried through to promote the construction of ecological civilization to a new height in the kingdom of practice.
