基于Web of Science数据库的老年综合评估文献计量学分析

Bibliometric study of comprehensive geriatric assessment based on Web of Science database

目的了解全球老年综合评估领域的研究热点和研究进展,为进一步研究提供参考依据。方法选择Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库,以"[Title/Abstract/Keywords]=comprehensive geriatric assessment"作为检索词,文献类型限定为"ARTICLE",检索时间为建库(1900年)至2020年。利用WOS数据库提供的文献分析功能和Bicomb 2.0书目共现分析系统,对检索结果从年载文量、国家/地区、机构、来源期刊、研究方向、作者、关键词、高被引文献等方面对老年综合评估的文献进行分析。结果共检索到老年综合评估方向的文献2784篇,发表在779种期刊上。美国发文量最多(667篇,23.96%),其次是意大利(380篇,13.65%);总被引频次和篇均被引频次最高的国家是英国,分别为44269.00次、200.31次。中国发文量居第7位。发文量最多的机构是美国加州大学系统。载文量最多的期刊是Journal of the American Geriatrics Society。采用布拉德福定律筛选核心区期刊13种。以研究老年病学最多,护理居第10位。发文量最多的作者是Pilotto A,根据普赖斯定律筛选核心作者124位。研究热点包括老年、老年综合评估、老龄化、衰弱、癌症、化疗等。高被引文献居第一位的是Clegg等在Lancet杂志上发表的文章。结论全球老年综合评估领域的核心作者群和核心区期刊已形成。美国、英国、意大利、法国等国家引领老年综合评估领域的研究进展,我国仍处在起步阶段。衰弱等老年综合评估组份的特点、模式探讨及干预效果可作为未来研究的参考方向。

Objective To understand the global research hotspots and research progress in the field of comprehensive geriatric assessment,and to provide reference for further research.Methods The literatures related to comprehensive geriatric assessment were searched in Web of Science core database, "comprehensive geriatric assessment" [Title/Abstract/Keywords] was used as the search term,the type of literature was limited to "ARTICLE",and the limitation of searching time was from 1900 to2020.The Bicomb 2.0 bibliographic co-occurrence system and the literature analysis function provided by the Web of Science database were used to carry out statistics on annual volume,country/region,institution,journals,research direction,author,key words,highly cited literatures and so on.Results A total of 2 784 articles were included,which were published in 779 kinds of journals with 124 core authors and 13 core journals.The United States published the most papers(667,23.96%),followed by Italy(380,13.65%).The UK had the highest citations of 44 269 times in total and 200.31 times in per article,respectively.China ranks seventh in the number of published articles.The most prolific institution was the University of California.The most prolific Journal was Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.We used Bradford’s law to screen out 13 core journals.Geriatrics Gerontology was the hottest research direction,and nursing ranked tenth;Pilotto A published the most articles.According to Price’s Law,124 core authors were selected.Research hotspots included the elderly,comprehensive geriatric assessment,aging,frailty,cancer,and chemotherapy,etc.The paper of Clegg et al.had the highest citation,which was published in the Lancet.Conclusions A core group of authors and journals has been formed in the field of comprehensive geriatric assessment.The United States,the United Kingdom,Italy and France are playing a far-reaching role in leading the research progress.China is still in its infancy.The characteristics of frailty and other components of comprehensive geriatric assessment,the discussion of the model of comprehensive geriatric assessment in different elderly groups and the effect of intervention can be used as the reference direction for future research.
