2001—2021年我国养老护理员研究现况及热点分析

Research status and hot spots of elderly nursing staff in China from 2001 to 2021

目的了解2001—2021年我国养老护理员群体的研究现况及热点。方法检索CNKI、万方、维普数据库有关我国养老护理员相关研究文献,使用Excel对所纳入研究文献的历年发文量、发表期刊、发表地区进行列表统计,采用VOSviewer软件对所纳入研究文献的研究作者、关键词进行词频分析,并生成研究作者合作网络图谱和关键词共现图谱。结果研究共纳入529篇文献,发文总体呈现逐年上升趋势,2009—2012年呈现缓慢增长趋势,2013年至今为快速增长趋势;发文量≥10篇的作者有14名,共形成3个作者合作团体,其中以张银华、袁群为核心的作者合作团体发文最多;发文量≥7篇的有13种期刊,其中《护理研究》发文量位居第一;江苏省发文数目最多。通过关键词聚类分析,形成我国养老护理员研究的3个聚类,即养老护理员的心理健康与职业状态、职业素质与培训、人口老龄化和医养结合的时代背景。结论研究者对养老护理员研究的关注度逐渐增加,该领域的核心期刊论坛初步形成,但文献的整体质量有待提升。目前我国养老护理员研究文献的研究热点集中在重视养老护理员的职业素质与培训、关注其心理健康与职业状态两大方面。

Objective To understand the research status and hot spots of elderly care workers in China from 2001 to2021.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases were retrieved.Excel was used to conduct tabular statistics on the number of articles published,journals published and regions published in the included literatures.VOSviewer software was used to conduct word frequency analysis on the authors and keywords of the included literatures.The author collaboration network atlas and keyword co-occurrence atlas were generated.Results A total of 529 articles were included in this study,and the articles presented an upward trend year by year,with a slow growth trend from 2009 to 2012,and a rapid growth trend from 2013 to now.There were 14 authors who published more than 10 articles,and 3 author cooperative groups were formed,among which,the author cooperative groups with Zhang Yinhua and Yuan Qun as the core published the most.There were 13 journals with publication quantity≥7,among which,"Nursing Research"ranked first.Jiangsu province posted the largest number of documents.Through keyword clustering analysis,three clusters were formed for the study of elderly care workers in China,namely,the mental health and occupational status of elderly care workers,occupational quality and training,aging population and the integrated medical and elderly care services.Conclusions The attention of the researchers on elderly care workers increases gradually,the core journal forum in this field is initially formed,but the total quality of literature needs to be improved.At present,the research hotspots of research literature on elderly care workers in our country focus on two major aspects:paying attention to the professional quality and training of elderly care workers and paying attention to their mental health and professional status.
