本文就围产期抑郁的概念,爱丁堡产后抑郁量表的起源、发展、国内汉化过程、国内外应用现状、应用于围产期抑郁筛查的诊断界值、与其他抑郁筛查工具的比较、应用人群的扩展及应用注意事项进行综述,以期为科学应用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表提供参考依据。

This article reviews the concept of perinatal depression,the origin,development,domestic sinicization process,domestic and foreign application,the cut-off value used in perinatal depression screening,comparison with other depression screening tools,application population expansion and application precautions of the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS),so as to provide a reference for the scientific application of the EPDS.
