壳聚糖基复合膜的合成及对蛋白质吸附能力的对比研究 被引量:1

Synthesis of Chitosan-based Composite Membrane and Comparative Study on Protein Adsorption Capacity

摘要 食品加工排放的废水中常含有大量的蛋白质,会对环境造成很大污染,为了减少废水中蛋白质的含量,研究考察用戊二醛分别将淀粉、羧甲基纤维素与壳聚糖进行交联制成壳聚糖/淀粉复合膜和壳聚糖/羧甲基纤维素复合膜。并通过FT-IR和SEM表征进行了复合结果验证,同时对膜样品进行拉伸强度和溶胀度的测定,结果证明复合膜较单一壳聚糖膜稳定性好,更加利于废水处理。进一步对比壳聚糖/淀粉复合膜和壳聚糖/羧甲基纤维素复合膜对蛋白质的吸附效率,结果得出壳聚糖/淀粉复合膜对蛋白质吸附效率要高于壳聚糖/羧甲基纤维素复合膜。 Wastewater discharged from food processing often contains a large amount of protein,which would cause great pollution to the environment.In order to reduce the content of protein in wastewater,this study investigated the use of glutaraldehyde to crosslink starch,carboxymethyl cellulose and chitosan separately.Made into chitosan/starch composite membrane and chitosan/carboxymethyl cellulose composite membrane.The composite results were verified by FT-IR and SEM characterization.At the same time,the tensile strength and swelling degree of the membrane samples were measured.The results showed that the composite membrane was more stable than the single chitosan membrane,which was more conducive to wastewater treatment.Further comparison of the protein adsorption efficiency of chitosan/starch composite membrane and chitosan/carboxymethyl cellulose composite membrane,the results showed that the protein adsorption efficiency of chitosan/starch composite membrane was higher than chitosan/carboxymethyl cellulose-based composite membrane.
