水果自动包装机控制系统设计

Design of Control System for Automatic Fruit Packing Machine

为克服水果传统手工包装速度慢、包装质量差的缺陷,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提高水果加工企业的市场竞争力,设计一种基于PLC的水果自动包装机控制系统。分析水果包装机的基本结构和水果包装的工业流程,采用PLC和触摸屏作为控制系统的核心硬件,由PLC完成各执行机构的逻辑控制,触摸屏完成数据采集、参数设置、运行监测。试验数据说明,该控制系统能够显著提高包装精度,提高包装效率,对于提升水果加工企业竞争力具有积极作用。

In order to overcome the defects of slow speed and poor quality of traditional manual packaging of fruits,to improve production efficiency,to reduce production costs,and to improve the market competitiveness of fruit processing enterprises,a control system of automatic fruit packaging machine based on PLC was designed.The basic structure of fruit packaging machine and the industrial process of fruit packaging were analyzed.PLC and touch screen were used as the core hardware of the control system.The logic control of each actuator was completed by PLC,and the data acquisition,parameter setting and operation monitoring were completed by touch screen.The experimental data showed that the control system could significantly improve the packaging accuracy,improve the packaging efficiency,and play a positive role in enhancing the competitiveness of fruit processing enterprises.
