地方农林院校食品科学与工程类专业改造提升改革思考 被引量:3

Reflection on the Educational&Teaching Reform of Food Science and Engineering Based on Interdisciplinary Integration in Local Agricultural&Forestry University

摘要 农林院校承载改造提升传统学科专业使命,地方农林院校食品科学与工程类专业既不同于纯农科类专业,亦不同于纯工科类专业,具有学科交叉与集成的属性。凸显以地方院校新农科的错位发展和特色传承为目的,积极构建多学科交叉融合、跨学科交叉融合发展并形成具有地方农林院校独有特色价值,从地方农林院校特色传承的角度出发思考课程体系及教学内容的问题来调整地方农林院校内部学术治理结构及学科专业结构,整合多学科资源,构建适用于新农科课程体系与实践教学体系紧密结合的新模式("1金+4群"课程体系)。 It is studied on the educational&teaching reform of food science and engineering based on Interdisciplinary Integration in local agricultural&forestry university.Agricultural and forestry colleges and universities carry the mission of transforming and upgrading traditional disciplines.The specialty of food science and engineering in local agricultural and forestry colleges is different from that of pure agricultural specialty and pure engineering specialty,with the attribute of interdisciplinary and integrated.It is found that from the perspective of local agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,the integration of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities should focus on the integration of local agricultural and forestry disciplines to form a new interdisciplinary teaching system to construct and integrate multi-disciplinary resources,and to construct a new mode suitable for the close combination of new agricultural curriculum system and practical teaching system(“1 gold+4 groups”curriculum system).
