纳米材料在检测、诊断等方向具有广阔的应用前景,被用于细胞成像及生物传感器等方面。石墨烯、量子点、碳纳米管、金属纳米材料等纳米材料近年来的研究日益深入。总结常用的纳米材料在食源性致病菌检测、疾病诊断和环境监测等方面的应用及其优缺点,并进一步总结复合型纳米材料在食品检测中提高检测灵敏度、缩短检测时间中的应用,以达到更好的检测效果。对纳米材料在食品检测技术中的发展方向及潜在应用进行讨论。

Nanomaterials have a very broad application prospect in detection and diagnosis,and they are mostly used in cell imaging and biosensors.In recent years,graphene,quantum dots,carbon nanotubes,metal nanomaterials and other nanomaterials have been studied more and more deeply.Summarize the applications of commonly used nanomaterials in foodborne pathogen detection,disease diagnosis and environmental monitoring,as well as their advantages and disadvantages,and further summarize the application of composite nanomaterials in food detection to improve the sensitivity and shorten the detection time in order to achieve better detection results.The development direction and potential application of nanomaterials in food detection technology are discussed.
