吹扫捕集GC-MS法测定地下水中的TAME 被引量:1

Determination of Methyl Tert-pentyl Ether in Groundwater by Purge and Trap Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法测定地下水中甲基叔戊基醚的检测方法。通过对吹扫捕集仪的工作条件进行优化,确定最佳的吹扫捕集条件:吹扫温度40℃,吹扫时间15 min,脱附温度250℃,脱附时间2 min。甲基叔戊基醚在10~200μg/L浓度范围内与响应值呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r≥0.995。地下水中甲基叔戊基醚的检出限为1.0μg/L,3个不同浓度点(10.0,50.0和200μg/L)的加标回收率为77.3%~92.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(SRSD)为1.9%~3.8%(n=6)。该方法具有良好的精密度与准确度,适用于地下水中甲基叔戊基醚的分析检测。 A method for determination of methyl tert-pentyl ether in groundwater by purge and trap gas chromatographymass spectrometry was established.Through optimizing the purge and trap conditions,the best purge and trap condition was determined that purge temperature was 40℃,purge time was 11 min,desorption temperature was 245℃,and desorption time was 2 min.The linear range of methyl tert-pentyl ether was 10-200μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.995.The detection limits(SLOD)of tetrahydrofuran was 1.0μg/L.The recoveries of methyl tert-pentyl ether in 3 different concentration levels(10.0,50.0 and 200μg/L)were ranged from 77.3% to 92.8%,and the relative standard deviation(SRSD,n=6)was ranged from 1.9% to 3.8%.This method could guarantee the accuracy of qualitative results for qualitative analysis and could realize a higher accuracy and precision.So it was suitable for the analysis and detection of methyl tert-pentyl ether in groundwater.
