摘要
针对源网荷储的一体化运行目标,提出一种考虑源网荷储的主动配电网协调运行调度方法。基于多时间尺度的思想,以最小化可调节量和最大程度地增加新能源消纳为目标,建立一个具有两个互补时间尺度的主动配电网日前-日内优化调度模型,将差分进化算法和帝国竞争算法相结合求解最优调度模型。仿真验证了所提出的多源协同调度方法的优越性。仿真结果表明,该方法可有效减少负荷波动和运行成本,使新能源消纳增加9.1%,具有一定的实用性。
Aiming at the integrated operational goal of source network load and storage, an active distribution network coordinated operation scheduling method considering source network load and storage is proposed. Based on the idea of multiple timescales, a day ahead day optimal dispatch model of an active distribution network with two complementary timescales is established with the objective of minimizing the adjustable quantity and maximizing the new energy consumption. A differential evolution algorithm and empire competition algorithm are combined to solve the optimal scheduling model. Simulation verifies the superiority of the proposed method. The simulation results show that this method can effectively reduce the load fluctuation and operational cost, increase the new energy consumption rate by 9.1%, and has clear practicality.
