汽车燃油表显示异常分析及试验方法设计

摘要 油泵-燃油表系统开发需要搭载在整车上验证,而在整车道路试验过程中,因燃油表显示不准,故障无法复现或数据不能支持分析等现象频繁发生。为解决此问题,本文主要阐述燃油液位传感器工作原理,分析燃油表显示异常原因,设计出一种油泵-燃油表系统试验方法。实车验证表明:基于场景、数据和模型的试验方法,可以解决场景随机性大、关键数据获取不到、问题难以分析的痛点,对反哺工程开发有一定意义。 The development of the oil pump fuel gauge system needs to be carried on the vehicle for verification.During the vehicle road test,due to the inaccurate display of the fuel gauge,the failure can not be repeated or the data can not support the analysis and so on.In order to solve this problem,this paper mainly describes the working principle of fuel level sensor,analyzes the causes of abnormal display of fuel gauge,and designs a test method of oil pump fuel gauge system.The real vehicle verification shows that:the test method based on the scene,data and model can solve the pain points of the big randomness of the scene,the key data can not be obtained,and the problem is difficult to analyze,which has a certain significance for the development of feedback engineering.
