摘要
为考查杜鹃兰种子非共生萌发过程中形态与组织结构的变化,通过非共生萌发试验,对其形态特征和树脂切片组织结构进行研究。结果表明,胚龄在120 d左右的种子萌发率最高;种皮木质化可能是导致种子萌发困难的原因之一,通过NaClO处理可破坏种皮,增加其透气透水性,提高种子萌发率。种子萌发、原球茎及幼苗发育伴随着贮藏物质的积累、叶绿体和分生组织的形成。
To investigate the changes of morphology and tissue structure of Cremastra appendiculata seeds during asymbiotic germination, the morphological characteristics and tissue structure of resin slices were studied by non-symbiotic germination test.The results showed that the seed germination rate was the highest when the embryo age was about 120 days.The lignification of seed coat may be one of the reasons leading to seed germination difficulty, and NaClO treatment could destroy the seed coat, increase its air permeability and water permeability and improve seed germination rate.Simultaneously, seed germination, development of procorm and seedling were accompanied by accumulation of storage materials, chloroplast and meristem formation.
