不同温度下水稻各生育期对镉累积效应研究 被引量:1

Effects of Different Temperature on Cadmium Accumulation in Rice at Different Growth Stages

摘要 通过水培对晚稻品种玉针香和湘晚籼12号在4个生育时期的3个温度环境持续6 d的镉处理,取植株的根系、茎鞘和叶片进行镉含量检测。结果发现,两个供试品种吸镉趋势一致,品种之间的镉浓度趋势为玉针香>湘晚籼12号;随着时间的延长,水稻植株的根系、茎鞘和叶片中的镉含量均增加,各个器官之间的镉浓度表现为根系>茎鞘>叶片;温度梯度之间镉浓度趋势为高温(30~35℃)>中温(22~27℃)>低温(15~20℃);各个生长发育时期的镉浓度趋势基本表现为苗期>分蘖期>孕穗期>灌浆期。 In this study, the cadmium content in root, stem and sheath and leaf of late rice varieties Yuzhenxiang and Xiangwanxian 12 was detected after continuous Cd-treatment for 6 days at 3 temperature in 4 growth stages by hydroponic experiment.The results showed that the Cd-uptaking trend of the two cultivars was the same, and the Cd concentration of the two cultivars was Yuzhenxiang > Xiangwanxian 12.With the increase of time, the cadmium content in root, stem and sheath and leaf of rice plant increased, and the cadmium concentration among organs was in the order of root > stem and sheath > leaf.The trend of cadmium concentration among temperature gradients was high temperature(30-35 ℃) > medium temperature(22-27 ℃) > low temperature(15-20 ℃).The trend of cadmium concentration in each growth stage was seedling stage > tillering stage > booting stage > filling stage.
