中美短缺药品管理的比较与建议

Comparison and suggestions of drug shortage management between China and the United States

目的探讨我国药品短缺的应对策略,研究我国的药品供应保障方案。方法在政府网站以及新闻网站上收集信息、结合文献研究对相关政策进行梳理;对比分析中美两国的短缺药品管理策略,提出建议以期提高我国的短缺药品综合管理水平。结果美国在药品短缺与预防方面采取了多重措施,取得了积极成效。我国的短缺药品系统管理起步稍晚,政策实现了初步落地,药品短缺矛盾有所缓和,FDA的做法对我国有一定的借鉴作用。结论我国的短缺药品管理政策还有一定的完善空间,能否取得更大的成效,关键在于执行层面,还需要我们长期的努力。

Objective To explore the countermeasures of drug shortage,and to provide the drug supply guarantee scheme in China.Methods Information on government websites and news websites were collected in combination with literature research to analyze the management strategies of drug shortage between China and the United States.Then,some suggestions were made to improve the drug shortage management in China.Results The United States has taken multiple measures in drug shortage and prevention with positive results.Though China′s drug shortage management system started a little late,its policy has been carried out smoothly.Therefore,the condition of drug shortage is alleviated.Conclusion China′s drug shortage management policy still needs to be improved.The key lies in the powerful implementation of the policy based on our long-term efforts.
