青稞真菌毒素检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 采集甘肃、西藏、青海、四川四省共299份青稞样品,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱方法对其13种真菌毒素进行检测分析。结果表明:4个省份青稞样品中13种真菌毒素均未超标,仅检出T-2毒素(T-2 Toxin)、玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN)。青海部分地区T-2检出率为49.26%;四川部分地区T-2、ZEN,检出率分别为13.89%、8.33%;甘肃地区T-2检出率16.67%;西藏地区ZEN检出率3.09%。从样品数据来看,T-2毒素、ZEN检出率未超过国内外已有的限量标准,其他毒素未检出。在不同收获方式及不同贮存条件下具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 299 samples of highland barley were collected from Gansu, Tibet, Qinghai and Sichuan provinces,143 mycotoxins were analysed by HPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that 13 mycotoxins in the samples from every province were not beyond the standard, just only T-2 Toxin and Zearalenone found. The detection rate of T-2 toxin in some areas of Qinghai was 49.26%;The detection rates of T-2 toxin, and zearalenone(ZEN) in some areas of Sichuan were 13.89% and 8.33% respectively;The detection rate of T-2 toxin in Gansu Province was 16.67%, which was not over the standard;The detection rate of ZEN in Tibet was 3.09%.According to the analysis data, the detection rates of T-2 toxin and ZEN were significantly different under different harvest methods and storage conditions(P < 0.05).
