面向电力电子变压器应用的大容量高频变压器技术综述 被引量:24

摘要 作为电力电子变压器和隔离型DC-DC变换器的核心部件,大容量高频变压器关键技术直接影响整个电力电子装备的性能。文中首先梳理和归纳大容量高频变压器的应用场景、应用实例、基本要求和发展目标。进而从磁芯材料、结构设计、散热设计和绝缘设计等4方面调研并分析了相关的国内外研究情况,并从中归纳总结大容量高频变压器设计亟待解决的关键问题。最后,对大容量高频变压器技术的发展现状和未来趋势进行阐述。 Nowadays, high-power high-frequency transformers are the core components of power electronic transformers and isolated DC-DC converters, since its key technologies have a great impact on the performance of the entire power electronics equipment. First, this paper sorted out the application scenarios and application examples of high-power high-frequency transformers, and inferred the basic requirements and development goals for them. Furthermore,the four key technologies in terms of magnetic core materials,structural design, heat dissipation design and insulation design were investigated and analyzed. Then, the problems to be solved urgently in the design of high-power high-frequency transformers were proposed. Finally, the current status and future trends of high-power high-frequency transformer technology were summarized.
