Exploration of Borderland Administration Personnel Construction by Scholars in the Period of the National Government

边政人员队伍建设关系到国民政府边政的成败,是近代学人关注的焦点。他们以不同角度归纳出边政人员队伍的困境,如边疆环境恶劣、物质水平低下等因素,使边政人员在工作中难以有所作为,并在边政人员的选拔、培养、待遇、任用等方面提出了很多宝贵建议,为国民政府的边政人员队伍建设提供了改革方向。

The construction of border administration personnel is related to the success or failure of the border administration of the National Government,which atracted the focus of modern scholars.They summed up the difficulties for the border administration personnel from different angles,such as the poor border environment and low material level,which made it difficult for the border administration personnel to make a difference in their work.In view of this,scholars also put forward many valuable suggestions on the selection,training,treatment and appointment of borderland officials,which provided a reform direction for the borderland personnel construction of the national government.
