摘要
本工作将概述用于解析稀土掺杂氟氧玻璃与微晶玻璃的先进一维、二维固体核磁共振技术。重点说明固体核磁共振技术在研究稀土离子近程配位结构、稀土离子在玻璃相和晶相中的分布、F离子的配位结构、F离子团聚情况与玻璃网络原子尺度结构解析中的应用。
This paper summarized advanced one-dimensional and two-dimensional solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance techniques for the analysis of rare-earth element doped oxyfluoride glass and glass ceramics.This paper also represented the application of solid-state NMR technology in the analysis of the short-range coordination structure of rare-earth element ions,the distribution of rare-earth element ions in glass and crystal phases,the coordination structure of F ions,the agglomeration of F ions and the atomic scale structure of glass networks as well.
