摘要
交直流混合配电网在故障后可通过调整VSC控制方式、网络重构等多种方式进行恢复,但现有可靠性评估方法并未充分考虑这些恢复方式对可靠性的影响,进而导致评估结果不准确。针对这一问题,首先基于传统故障模式后果分析法建立故障模式后果分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)表,根据故障信息查询该表确定故障隔离后网络拓扑;然后依照不同故障情况下电压源换流器(voltagesource converter,VSC)控制策略,调整VSC的控制方式;最后,通过计及网络重构和孤岛运行的交直流混合配电网故障恢复优化模型,求解故障下系统中负荷的停电时间和停电次数。在此基础上,与序贯蒙特卡洛法相结合对交直流混合配电网进行可靠性评估。通过算例与现有评估方法进行对比,结果表明所提方法充分考虑了交直流混合配电网多样的故障恢复方式对可靠性的影响,可以准确评估交直流混合配电网的可靠性。
AC/DC hybrid distribution network can be restored by adjusting the VSC control mode, network reconfiguration and other methods after fault, but the existing reliability evaluation methods do not fully consider the impact of these recovery methods on reliability, which leads to inaccurate evaluation results. To solve this problem, this article first establishes an FMEA table through the traditional FMEA method, and queries the table based on the fault information to determine the network topology after fault isolation;Then adjust the VSC control mode according to the VSC control strategy under different fault conditions;Finally, the power outage time and the number of outages of the load in the system under the fault is solved by the AC/DC hybrid distribution network fault recovery optimization model that takes into account network reconfiguration and island operation. Compared with the existing evaluation methods, the results show that the proposed method fully considers the influence of various fault recovery methods of AC/DC hybrid distribution network on reliability, and can accurately evaluate the reliability of AC/DC hybrid distribution network.
