介绍了基于VB的带式输送机卸载滚筒轴的参数设计与分析方法。利用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发以完成对轴的参数化设计,通过调用ANSYS有限元软件完成对该轴的计算分析。该方法有利于提高产品的设计效率、缩短设计周期,并为带式输送机的智能化设计与分析奠定了基础。

Introduced the parameter design and analysis method for the unloading roller shaft of belt conveyor based on VB.The parameterization design of the shaft was completed by secondary development of SolidWorks with VB,its calculation analysis was completed by calling ANSYS finite element software.This method is beneficial to improve the product design efficiency,shorten the design cycle,and lays the foundation for the intelligent design and analysis of the belt conveyor.
