掘锚机遥控接收控制器测试仪设计研究

摘要 SANDVIK MB670掘锚机遥控接收控制器在使用过程中因多种原因出现故障时,现有的检测手段只能对遥控接收控制器的外围电路进行检查,不能进行离机上电测试,上机通电测试时间长、不灵活、安全性低,且因空间限制不能对其内部进行有效检测。因此研究设计了掘锚机遥控接收控制器测试仪。该测试仪相当于一个模拟的中继电路,可为遥控接收控制器提供所有的信号数据,从而模拟出遥控接收控制器实际的运行状态。 For the SANDVIK MB670 excavating and anchoring machine remote control receiving controller,when it fails due to various reasons during use,the existing detection methods can only check the peripheral circuit of the remote control receiving controller,and cannot perform off-machine power-on testing.In addition,it takes a long time to run the test on the device,is inflexible,and has low security.At the same time,it cannot effectively detect its interior due to space constraints.Therefore,researched and designed a tester for the remote control receiving controller of the excavating and anchoring machine.This tester is equivalent to a simulated relay electric circuit,which can provide all the signal data for the remote receiving controller,so as to simulate the actual operating state of the remote control receiving controller.
