摘要
目前,由于井下乳化液阀门不是通过电液结合的方式自动控制流量大小,而是只能控制液路在全开或者全关2种状态间切换。因此,液压支架的执行油缸在执行动作时,全程只能保持相同的进出液流量,这导致油缸在开启和运动结束时瞬间对接头座冲击很大。液压支架接头座长期受到冲击容易导致油缸接头座失效、剪切销轴断裂等故障。设计一种能够自动调节控制液压回路中流量大小的电液多速控制系统,其特征是在液压回路里增加一种电液多速控制阀,实现了流量的多级调节,从而能够精准地控制油缸执行动作。
At present,the downhole emulsion valve does not automatically control the flow through the combination of electro-hydraulic,but can only control the liquid circuit to switch between fully open or fully closed states.Therefore,the actuating cylinder of the hydraulic support can only maintain the same inlet and outlet fluid flow in the whole process,which leads to a great impact on the joint seat at the moment of opening and movement.The joint seat of hydraulic support is impacted for a long time,which is easy to lead to failure of oil cylinder joint seat and fracture of shear pin shaft.An electro-hydraulic multi-speed control system which can automatically adjust and control the flow in the hydraulic circuit was designed.Its feature is that an electro-hydraulic multi-speed control valve was added in the hydraulic circuit to realize the multi-level adjustment of flow,so as to accurately control the execution action of oil cylinder.
