摘要
介绍了ZF13000/25/38型液压支架的φ290 mm×2000 mm立柱活柱在实施激光增材技术加工后在井下综采工作面进行工业性试验的情况。立柱活柱表面无明显变化,且无肉眼可见的锈斑、剥落、气孔等现象,其各项性能指标皆符合同煤集团液压支架立柱技术检验标准,液压支架现场状况良好。
Introduced the status of the industrial test of theφ290 mm×2000 mm pillar movable column of the ZF13000/25/38 hydraulic support after the implementation of laser additive technology processing in the underground fully mechanized mining face.The pillar movable column surface has no obvious changes,and there are no visible rust spots,peeling,pores and other phenomena.Its performance indicators are in line with the technical inspection standards of the hydraulic support pillar of Datong Coal Group.The hydraulic support is in good condition on site.
