主轮转速对弧齿锥齿轮动态性能的影响

摘要 弧齿锥齿轮在啮合过程中会产生啮合冲击、振动和噪声。对齿轮进行动力学分析,探讨惯性载荷、主动轮转速、加速时间等因素的改变对齿轮的啮合特性带来的影响,并根据分析的结果获得齿轮齿面的接触力和齿轮角速度变化曲线图,以此来确定齿轮啮合特性。结果表明:惯性载荷、主轮转速及主轮加速时间会影响齿轮的传动特性,影响其工作效率,试验输出的变化曲线波动频率较小,能较好地模拟齿轮的啮合过程,得出的数据更具有价值。 Spiral bevel gears produce meshing impact,vibration and noise during meshing.Gear dynamics analysis was carried out to search for the influence of changes in inertia load,driving wheel speed,acceleration time and other factors on gear meshing characteristics were explored.According to the analysis results,the contact force of gear tooth surface and the curve of gear angular velocity were obtained,so as to determine the gear meshing characteristics.The results show that the inertia load,the main wheel speed and the main wheel acceleration time affect the transmission characteristics of the gear.Affect its work efficiency.The fluctuation frequency of the variation curve of the test output is small.It can better simulate the gear meshing process.The data obtained is more valuable.
