摘要
通过对自动钻机动力头箱体和主动钻杆加工工艺进行研究,提升了零件质量合格率,从而保证了动力头的性能质量,为自动钻机整体质量提升提供了保障。经过验证,动力头质量安全可靠,满足了设计相关要求。
Through the research on the processing technology of the power head box body and the active drill pipe of the automatic drilling rig,the qualified rate of the parts quality was improved,thus ensured the performance quality of the power head and provided the guarantee for the overall quality improvement of the automatic drilling rig.After verification,the power head quality is safe and reliable,which meets the design requirements.
