行星头是采煤机摇臂的重要组成部件,对于大功率采煤机来说,两级行星机构是行星头的核心部件,为了实现旋转密封的功能,其采用浮动油封进行密封,该处是摇臂最易发生故障的部位,浮动油封失效会导致行星头漏油,润滑不足会使行星轮与内齿圈之间产生干磨,温度升高而将齿轮损坏,最后导致整个摇臂失效,摇臂在矿井下一旦损坏,拆解、修复十分困难。装配质量是影响行星头部使用寿命的重要因素,行星头部的装配一直是采煤机摇臂装配的技术难点,为了解决这些问题,研究了采煤机两级行星机构的装配工艺方法。
The planetary head is an important component of the rocker arm of a shearer. For high-power shearer, the two-stage planetary mechanism is the core part of the planetary head. In order to realize the function of the rotating seal, it adopts a floating oil seal. This is the most prone to failure of the rocker arm. Failure of the floating oil seal will cause the planetary head to leak oil. Insufficient lubrication will cause dry grinding between the planetary gear and the ring gear. The temperature will increase and the gear will be damaged. Finally, the entire rocker arm will be damaged. Once the rocker arm is damaged under the mine, it is very difficult to disassemble and repair.Assembly quality is an important factor affecting the service life of the planetary head. The assembly of the planetary head has always been a technical difficulty in the assembly of rocker arm. In order to slove the problems, studied an assembly process for the two-stage planetary mechanism of the coal shearer.
