摘要
利用动力学分析软件等效模拟出翻车机在纯机械式翻卸过程中敞车的弹簧力、电机驱动的速度、变化的煤的质量等变量,并且得出在各个翻卸角度各部件之间的作用力。从而分析出了翻车机翻卸的步骤,以及压车系统的工作原理。最后根据仿真结果给出侧倾式翻车机对C80以上重车的适应性改造意见。
Using the dynamics analysis software,the changing parameters which include spring force of train,speed of motor,changing mass of coal of dumper in the process of full-mechanical tipping were equivalent simulated,and the force between components at each tipping angle was obtained.Thereby,analyzed the unloading step of dumper and the working principle of compressing system.Finally,according to the results of simulation,gave suggestions on the adaptive modification of side dumper to C80 or heavier train.
