摘要
开发适应于地下铝土矿的采矿机对长壁综采在非煤矿山的应用推广具有重要意义。针对开采矿料的物理特性,进行了参数适应性研究,并运用设计分析与井下试验结合的方法,解决了对铝土矿开采中的有效截割、整机抗振、滚筒耐磨性、冷却与控水矛盾等关键技术难题,研制出的采矿机成功应用于铝土矿连续高效开采。
The development of mining machines adapted to underground bauxite is of great significance to promote the application of longwall fully mechanized mining in non-coal mines.Aiming at the physical characteristics of the mining stone,the parameter adaptability was carried out,and used the method of combining the design analysis and the underground test to solve the key technical problems of effective cutting,whole machine seismic,roller wear resistance,cooling and control contradiction,etc.The mining machine developed was successfully applied to the continuous and efficient mining of bauxite.
