基于ANSYS IronPython的矿用挖掘机工作装置参数化有限元分析

摘要 基于ANSYS所支持的IronPython参数化设计语言,编写了挖掘机工作装置在ANSYS SpaceClaim中的建模程序和某种工况下Mechanical的有限元计算分析脚本。将繁冗的程序封装起来,利用ANSYS ACT插件开发出友好的交互界面。实践表明,该参数化程序建模速度快、加载分析准确、便于修改,有一定的实用价值。 Based on IronPython parametric design language supported by ANSYS, the modeling program of excavator working device in ANSYS SpaceClaim and the finite element analysis script of Mechanical under some working conditions were developed. Packaged the redundant program, used ANSYS ACT plug-in and developed a friendly interface. The practice shows that the parameterized program has the advantages of fast modeling speed, accurate load analysis and easy modification, and has certain practical value.
