智能控制系统在液压支架回撤绞车中的研究与应用 被引量:10

摘要 为了解决综采工作面液压支架回撤牵引绞车操作困难、效率低、电机频繁损坏、无法适应目前智能化工作面等问题,设计了一种集变频调速、智能检测、遥控、数据传输为一体的智能控制系统。根据牵引绞车现场工况制定了控制系统总体方案,并结合操作要求确定了检测功能与控制方法。该系统采用倍福PAC系列控制器,根据控制需求进行了模块配置,同时为保证控制系统可靠运行,增加了钢丝绳实时拉力检测与保护。该系统将检测数据通过控制器处理后,不仅可以实时显示,而且可以上传到地面监控中心,实现远程监控。该系统为实现煤矿设备智能化、现代化迈出了坚实有力的一步,具有较高的推广与应用价值。 In order to solve the problems such as difficult operation, low efficiency, frequent motor damage, unable to adapt to the current intelligent working face and so on, designed an intelligent control system which integrates frequency conversion speed regulation, intelligent detection, remote control and data transmission. According to the working condition of retracting winch, made the overall scheme of control system, and determined the intelligent detection function and control method combined with the operation requirements. The system adopts Beckhoff PAC series controller, and the module is configured according to the control requirements. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the control system,real-time tension detection of steel wire rope is added. After the data is processed by the controller, the system can not only display in real time, but also upload to the ground monitoring center to realize remote control. The system has made a solid and powerful step for the realization of intelligent and modern coal mine equipment, which has high promotion and application value.
