小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶在干眼症患儿中的应用及对结膜充血评分的影响

Application of Calf Blood Deproteinized Ophthalmic Gel in Children with Xerophthalmia and Its Effect on Conjunctival Congestion Score

目的探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶应用于干眼症患儿治疗中对结膜充血评分的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月在郑州市第二人民医院治疗的干眼症患儿78例作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分成A组(39例)和B组(39例),B组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,A组给予小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,比较两组患儿结膜充血评分、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)。结果两组治疗后结膜充血评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),A组评分明显低于B组(P<0.05);两组治疗后BUT明显短于治疗前(P<0.05),SIt明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),A组BUT较B组明显更短(P<0.05),SIt较B组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论干眼症患儿给予小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,能够有效降低结膜充血评分,缓解临床症状。

Objective To discuss the effect of calf blood deproteinized extract ophthalmic gel on conjunctival hyperemia in children with xerophthalmopathy.Methods A total of 78 children with xerophthalmopathy treated in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to random touch, they were divided into group A(39 cases) and group B(39 cases).Group B was used sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment, and group A was used with veal blood deproteinizing extract eye gel treatment. The conjunctival hyperemia score, basic tear secretion test(SIT) and tear film rupture time(BUT) were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of conjunctival congestion were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the scores in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).After treatment, BUT was significantly shortened(P<0.05), and SIT was significantly decreased(P<0.05). But group A was significantly shorter than that in group B(P<0.05), and SIT was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment with calf blood deproteinized extract ophthalmic gel can effectively reduce conjunctival hyperemia score and alleviate clinical symptoms in children with dry eye.
