咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿经羚贝止咳糖浆联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗后肺功能及血清细胞因子水平分析

Analysis of Lung Function and Serum Cytokine Levels in Children with Cough Variant Asthma after Treatment with Lingbei Zhike Syrup Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Liquid

目的探究羚贝止咳糖浆联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿的疗效,并分析联合治疗对患儿肺功能及血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取我院150例CVA患儿的临床资料,开展回顾性研究,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组采用盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗,研究组采用羚贝止咳糖浆联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后肺功能指标[第1 s用力呼气肺活量(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)]、Th1/Th2细胞因子指标[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为84.00%,两组对比,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FEV1、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清IL-4水平低于对照组,血清IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论羚贝止咳糖浆联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服液可明显纠正CVA患儿Th1/Th2细胞因子紊乱状态,改善患儿肺功能,临床效果显著、安全性高。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Lingbei Zhike syrup combined with procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA), and to analyze the effect of combined treatment on lung function and serum cytokine levels in children. Methods The clinical data of 150 children with CVA in our hospital were selected and retrospectively studied. They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment schemes, 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid, and the study group was treated with Lingbei Zhike syrup combined with procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, pulmonary function indexes(FEV1, PEF) and Th1/Th2 cytokine indexes(IL-4, IFN-γ) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%, and that of the control group was 84.00%. Compared with the two groups, the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The FEV1 and PEF of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The serum IL-4 level of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the serum IFN-γ level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), During the treatment, no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Lingbei Zhike syrup combined with procaterol hydrochloride oral liquid can significantly correct the disorder of Th1/Th2 cytokines in children with CVA, and improve the lung function of children with CVA, with significant clinical effect and high safety.
