六种不同生物制剂对魔芋生长的影响研究

摘要 [目的]为探究六种不同生物制剂对魔芋生长的影响,以期明确EM菌剂和木醋液在防控魔芋软腐病中的应用潜力。[方法]大棚试验设置A;空白对照,A;木醋液,A;EM菌,A4乐圣土壤修复剂,A;荧光假单胞杆菌共5个处理组,大田设置B;空白对照,B;EM菌、B;木醋液,B;大蒜素,B;亚康力诺有机多肽酶活性促进剂共5个处理组,统计两种试验不同试剂处理下魔芋的出苗率、齐苗期、软腐病发病率、葡甘聚糖含量、产量、土壤微生物数量等指标。[结果]大蒜素、木醋液、EM菌均能在一定程度上提高魔芋出苗率,木醋液对魔芋软腐病的防治效果最好,其次是EM菌,且EM菌处理后地块的土壤微生物数量明显增多。[结论]木醋液具有较好的防治魔芋软腐病的效果,同时在一定程度上可以调节土壤中的微生物菌群,建议使用木醋液防治魔芋软腐病。 [Objective] In order to study on the effects of six different biological agents on the growth of konjac,and to define the application potential of EM bacteria and wood vinegar in the prevention and control of konjac soft rot.[Method] Greenhouse experiments were setting as follows:A;.Blank control;A;.Wood vinegar;A;.EM bacteria;A;.Lesheng soil remediation agent;A;.Pseudomonas fluorescens was used in 5 treatment groups in total;Field experiments were setting as follows:B;.Blank control;B;.EM bacteria;B;.Wood vinegar;B;.Allicin;B;.Aconlino organic polypeptidase activity promoter was used in 5 treatment groups in total.The index of statistics were the emergence rate,even degree of stage,incidence of soft rot,glucomannan content,yield and soil microbial number of konjac under different agents of two experiments.[Result] The results showed that allicin,wood vinegar and EM bacteria can improve the emergence rate of konjac to a certain extent.The wood vinegar had the best control effect on konjac soft rot,followed by EM bacteria and the number of soil microorganisms in the plot treated with EM bacteria increased significantly.[Conclusion] Wood vinegar has a good control effect on konjac soft rot,and can regulate the microbial flora in the soil to a certain extent.It is suggested to use wood vinegar to control konjac soft rot.
