时效性激励护理对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者术后并发症及满意度的影响

Effects of time-effective incentive nursing care on postoperative complications and satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探讨时效性激励护理对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者术后并发症及满意度的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年12月间陕西省渭南市中心医院收治的行腹腔镜胃癌切除术的66例患者为研究对象,将其采用单双号随机抽签方式分成两组进行研究,即对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用时效性激励护理,对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况,调查患者满意度情况。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为9.1%,低于对照组的30.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总满意度为93.9%,高于对照组的75.8%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者实施时效性激励护理,有助于减少术后并发症的发生,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of time-sensitive incentive nursing care on postoperative complications and satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods From February 2018 to December 2020,66 patients who underwent laparoscopic resection for gastric cancer were selected at Weinan Central Hospital,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group using random drawing of odd and even numbers with 33 patients each. The observation group received time-sensitive stimulation nursing and the control group received conventional nursing care. The postoperative complications are compared between the two groups,and patient satisfaction is investigated.Results The postoperative complication rate was 9. 1% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 30. 3% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The overall satisfaction rate was 93. 9% in the observation group which was significantly higher than 75. 8% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of time-sensitive incentive care can help reduce postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy.
