心理契约视角下研究生导师师德的提升

On Graduate Tutors’ Ethical Promotion From the Perspective of Psychological Contract

摘要 高校研究生导师树立良好的师德,是建设高素质的高校教师队伍的应有之义。为研究导—学心理契约与高校研究生导师师德的关系,利用自行编制的导—学心理契约量表(导师对学生)与导师师德量表,对全国范围内251名高校研究生导师进行了问卷调查并整理成数据。运用典型相关分析方法,全面分析导—学心理契约与研究生导师师德的关系。研究表明,导—学心理契约与研究生导师师德存在显著的正向关联,相关系数为0.707;典型方程模型显示,导—学心理契约主要与导师对研究生在个人品格、学习态度、未来规划方面的看法相关,相关系数绝对值分别为0.806、0.370、0.157;导师师德则主要与导师在对研究生学术精神、社会责任感、人文关怀、实践能力四个方面的培养相关,相关系数绝对值分别为0.327、0.289、0.260、0.244。因此,可以从道德素养、科研实践、专业能力三个方面着手,实现研究生导师师德与研究生培养的良性互动。 The construction of high-quality university teaching stuff requires graduate tutors to improve their professional ethics.In order to study the relationship between the psychological contract of guidance-learning and graduate tutors’ethics,this study surveyed 251 graduate tutors using the self-compiled questionnaire and a scale of ethics.Using typical correlation analysis,it comprehensively analyzes the relationship between the psychological contract of guidance-learning and tutors’ethics.The research shows that there is a significant positive correlation between them,with a correlation coefficient of 0.707;the psychological contract of guidance-learning has a correlation with students’personality,learning attitude and future planning,and the absolute values of the correlation coefficients are 0.806,0.370,0.157;tutors’ethics has a correlation with the cultivation of graduate students’spirit,social responsibility,humanistic care and practical ability,and the absolute values are 0.327,0.289,0.260 and 0.244.Therefore,we should achieve the dual improvement of tutor’s ethics and graduate students training in the following three aspects:moral cultivation,research practice and professional competence.
