钢渣粉对PVA纤维水泥基复合材料力学性能与韧性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用钢渣粉等质量替代20%、40%、60%、80%的水泥制备了PVA纤维水泥基复合材料胶砂试件,并进行了抗折、抗压试验和薄板四点弯曲试验,分析了钢渣粉对PVA纤维水泥基复合材料力学性能和韧性的影响。结果表明:随着钢渣粉掺量的增加,试件的抗折、抗压强度均呈下降趋势,且抗压强度损失较抗折强度快;当钢渣粉掺量为20%时,试件的抗弯承载力达到最大;当钢渣粉掺量为80%时,试件的韧性和能量吸收能力大幅提高。 The mortar specimens of PVA fiber cement-based composites were prepared by replacing 20%,40%,60%and 80%cement with steel slag powder.The flexural and compressive tests and thin plate four point bending tests were carried out,and the influence of steel slag powder on the mechanical properties and toughness of PVA fiber cement-based composites was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of steel slag powder content,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the specimens decrease,and the loss of compressive strength is faster than that of flexural strength.When the steel slag powder content is 20%,the flexural bearing capacity of the specimen reaches the maximum.When the steel slag powder content is 80%,the toughness and energy absorption capacity of the specimen are greatly improved.
