浅析悬浮PTFE相对分子质量的影响因素--基于Ploymer plus

摘要 通过Ploymer plus对PTFE悬浮聚合过程进行模拟分析,结果表明:升高反应温度,聚合物的相对分子质量降低;在一定的压力范围内,反应压力的变化对聚合物的相对分子质量没有明显影响;增加引发剂的加入量,聚合物的相对分子质量减小;引发剂分步加入,聚合物的相对分子质量增加;反应介质的pH、搅拌速率等因素对聚合物的相对分子质量也有一定程度的影响。 The simulation analysis of the PTFE suspension polymerization process by the polymer plus showed that the molecular weight of polymer was affected by various factors like reaction temperature and pressure,the amount of initiator,the methods of initiator addition and so on.When the reaction temperature was increased,the molecular weight of polymer decreased.Within a certain pressure range,the change of the reaction pressure had no significant effect on the molecular weight.The polymer molecular weight decreased with the increase of the amount of initiator.The polymer molecular weight increased with the addition of initiator step by step.Other factors like the pH of the reaction medium,stirring rate had certain effect on polymer molecular weight.
