摘要
全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)和全氟辛酸(PFOA)的全面禁用,使得其替代品技术得到广泛的关注。但是未经全面评估的替代方法可能会导致“替代-污染-禁用”的锁定效应不断循环。对重要的替代品--六氟环氧丙烷三聚体羧酸(HFPO-TA),从合成、性能、环境与生态毒性和降解回收等角度进行了综述,对HFPO-TA作为替代品的潜质与可能的生态影响进行多维度评估。已有的研究表明:HFPO-TA在环境中分布广泛,在动物和人体中暴露量较高,HFPO-TA具有较强的肝毒性,能够影响动物生长发育、干扰内分泌且存在致癌风险。
The wide restriction of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid(PFOS)and perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)has given rise to widespread interest in alternative technologies.But substitution without full evaluation can lead to“lock-in”effects.This review focuses on hexafluoropropene oxide trimer carboxylic acid(HFPO-TA).The potential as a substitute and possible ecological impact of HFPO-TA were evaluated from the perspectives of synthesis,performance,environmental and ecological toxicity,degradation and recovery.HFPO-TA has many disadvantages,such as wide distribution,high exposure in animals and humans,influence on animal growth and development,relatively significant hepatotoxicity,endocrine disturbance and potential carcinogenicity.
