摘要
大部分的煤化工项目气化炉后采用变换装置来除去粗煤气中多余的CO,而得到H_(2),随着时间的推移催化剂的活性逐渐降低,根据催化剂的性能、运行参数针对性的对失活催化剂进行再生,本文主要讲述了催化剂再生原理、再生主要步骤、再生时的主要注意事项,并结合实际情况对变换操作进行优化,从而使变换装置运行稳定。
Shift unit is used to remove excess carbon monoxide gas form raw gas and get hydrogen after gasifer in most coal chemical projects gasifier.As time goes on,the activity of catalysts decreases gradually.According to the performance of catalyst and operating parameters,the deactivated catalyst are regenerated.This article mainly describes the catalyst regeneration principles,main regeneration steps,main points for attention during the regeneration.Combined with the actual situation,the shift operation is optimized to ensure stably operation.
