摘要
5EH-7型汽轮机作为大型动力输出设备,被广泛应用于合成氨生产装置的配套机组运行中。针对运行中出现的局部振动值异常波动,采用优化汽轮机转子间隙、蒸汽品质、轴封泄气等运行条件,更换机组全新的汽封,改进叶片叶顶的围带形状,实现了汽轮机振动值平稳运行。
As a large power output equipment, 5 EH-7 turbine is widely used in the operation of supporting units of ammonia production plant. In view of the abnormal fluctuation of local vibration value in operation, the turbine rotor clearance, steam quality, shaft seal deflation and other operating conditions are optimized, the new steam seal of the unit is replaced, and the shape of shroud ring of the blade tip is improved, so the turbine vibration value runs smoothly.
