严重痛风导致制动性高钙血症1例

Immobilization hypercalcemia caused by severe gout:a case report

摘要 制动是高钙血症的一种罕见病因,常见于骨折、脊柱损伤、四肢瘫痪或大面积烧伤的患者,而由痛风引起者临床罕见。报告1例因严重痛风而制动所导致的以高钙危象、急性肾衰竭为主要表现的病例,旨在提高临床医师对制动性高钙血症的临床认识和诊疗水平。
