沸腾床加氢装置安稳运行研究与应用

Research and application on stable operation of fluidized bed hydrogenation unit

摘要 沸腾床加氢装置运行过程中,煤焦油原料与水密度接近,装置经常因大量带水导致原料换热器侧压降增大,既影响高速泵的稳定运行,又导致常压塔的操作波动,影响塔底高速泵的稳定运行,且影响预反应器温升,严重影响了装置安全运行。通过增加脱水闪蒸罐系统,降低煤焦油含水量,保证装置能够安全、平稳、长期运行。 Ebullated bed hydrogenation unit running process,coal tar and water density close to raw materials,device is often caused by a lot of water in the raw material heat exchanger side pressure drop increases,both affect the stable operation of the high-speed pump,and lead to fluctuations of atmospheric tower operation,affect the bottom for the stable operation of the high-speed pump,and the reactor temperature,the serious influence the safe operation of the device.By adding the dehydration flash tank system,the coal tar water content can be reduced to ensure the safe,stable and long-term operation of the device.
