摘要
棕色素是全国销量最大的色素,利用金樱子、80℃温水浸提提取出金樱子棕色素,金樱子棕色素作为天然棕色素,无毒无害,绿色安全,具有良好的发展前景。该设计进行年产500 t金樱子棕色素生产线优化,严格参考国家相关规定,确定金樱子棕色素生产线的生产工艺、设备选型、工厂设计,绘制生产线工厂平面设计图和设备流程图。以湖南省H市为例,结合经济核算,优化的设计方案为:生产线的工作时间为250 d,日产量为2 t,年纯利润约为7500万元,建设期为1年,试生产1年,预计投资回收期为3年3个月。
Brown pigment is the pigment with the largest sales volume in China.Golden Cherry brown pigment is extracted from Golden Cherry with 80℃warm water.Golden Cherry brown pigment,as a natural brown pigment,is non-toxic,harmless,green and safe,and has a good development prospect.This design optimizes the production line of cherry brown pigment with an annual output of 500 tons,strictly refers to the relevant national regulations,determines the production process,equipment selection and factory design of cherry brown pigment production line,and draws the plane design drawing and equipment flow chart of the production line factory.Taking Huaihua City,Hunan Province as an example,combined with economic accounting,the optimized design scheme is as follows:the working time of the production line is 250 days,the daily output is 2 tons,the annual net profit is about 75 million,the construction period is 1 year,the trial production is 1 year,and the expected investment payback period is 3 years and 3 months.
